Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted partners such as DHL and EMS to ensure fast and secure delivery.


2. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time for pre-order items is specified on each product page.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Asia: 3–7 days
  • Europe / North America: 5–10 days
  • Other regions: 7–14 days

3. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent via email within 24 hours after the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.


4. Failed Delivery

The carrier will attempt delivery up to 2 times within 5 business days.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us:

  • We will contact you via email to arrange redelivery
  • Redelivery fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • If there is no response within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled without refund

5. Free Shipping

Free international shipping is available for orders over $300 USD
(Not applicable to discounted products.)


6. Taxes & Import Duties

In most cases, import/export taxes and customs fees are included in the shipping cost.

However, in some cases (depending on the country), additional import duties at the destination port may apply.
Customers are responsible for these charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, strikes, shipping disruptions).

We are committed to providing all necessary shipping-related documents, including:

  • Invoice: Ensuring accurate VAT invoices
  • Shipping Documents: Bill of Lading (or equivalent) to confirm shipment

  • Packing List: Detailed information about quantity and condition of goods

We ensure these documents are provided on time and as required to guarantee smooth delivery procedures.


9. Responsibilities of Logistics Service Providers

Logistics providers (such as shipping companies) are responsible for:

  • Providing shipping documents: Bill of Lading or equivalent
  • Delivery confirmation: Proof of delivery to protect both parties

They ensure all shipping documents are properly prepared and delivered on time.


10. Documentation Process

  • Before shipping: We provide documents such as invoices and packing lists to logistics providers
  • During delivery: Logistics providers supply proof of successful delivery
  • After delivery: We collect delivery documents and proceed with payment and accounting procedures
