Refund and Exchange Policy

1. General Conditions

  • Requests for exchange/return must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and still have original tags and packaging intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, the request will be rejected.
  • Do not send items back without receiving confirmation via email from us.
  • Provide shipping details so we can track your return/exchange.
  • Partial returns/exchanges are accepted if eligible.
  • We cover shipping costs only if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery. In all other cases, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

2. Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges if:
    • You receive a defective or incorrect product.
    • You wish to exchange due to personal preference (size, style, etc.).
  • Conditions:
    • Each product can be exchanged only once.
    • The item must meet all general conditions.
    • Exchanges are only allowed for products of equal or higher value.
    • If the new product has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.

3. Return Policy

  • We only accept returns if:
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
    • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
