Refund and Exchange Policy
1. General Conditions
- Requests for exchange/return must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and still have original tags and packaging intact.
- An unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, the request will be rejected.
- Do not send items back without receiving confirmation via email from us.
- Provide shipping details so we can track your return/exchange.
- Partial returns/exchanges are accepted if eligible.
- We cover shipping costs only if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery. In all other cases, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
2. Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges if:
- You receive a defective or incorrect product.
- You wish to exchange due to personal preference (size, style, etc.).
- Conditions:
- Each product can be exchanged only once.
- The item must meet all general conditions.
- Exchanges are only allowed for products of equal or higher value.
- If the new product has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.
3. Return Policy
- We only accept returns if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
