Purchasing Policy

1. Payment Policy

We accept the following international payment methods:

  • Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / UnionPay
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay

1.1 Currency & Transaction Fees

  • All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Your bank may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees.

1.2 Transaction Protection

  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious transactions.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Your order will be confirmed immediately after successful payment.
  • A confirmation email will be sent—please check your spam/junk folder if needed.
  • If you do not receive the email within 1 hour, please contact us.
  • Within a few hours, your order will be updated to “Processing” status in our system.

3. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before processing begins via:
    Order History → Cancel Order
  • A confirmation email will be sent if your request is valid.
  • Once the order enters processing status, it can no longer be canceled.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return and exchange requests under the following conditions:

4.1 General Conditions

  • Requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A full unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without video will be rejected.
  • Do not return items without our confirmation email—we are not responsible for loss or damage otherwise.
  • Please provide tracking information for returned/exchanged items.
  • Partial returns/exchanges are accepted if eligible.
  • We cover shipping fees only for defective or incorrect items. Otherwise, customers bear return shipping costs.

4.2 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges if:

  • The item is defective or incorrect, or
  • You wish to exchange due to personal preference (size, style, etc.).

Conditions:

  • Only one exchange per item is allowed.
  • The item must meet all general conditions.
  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or higher value.
  • If the new item has a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.

4.3 Return Policy

We accept returns only if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect, or
  • You received the wrong item.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
