Purchase Policy
1. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed immediately after successful payment.
- A confirmation email will be sent shortly. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
- Within a few hours after payment, your order will move to processing status.
2. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is processed via “Order History” > “Cancel Order”.
- We will confirm your request via email if it is valid.
- Once the order has been processed, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
3. Shipping Policy
3.1. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted partners such as DHL and EMS to ensure fast and secure delivery.
3.2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order items have specific processing times stated on the product page.
Estimated delivery time:
- Asia: 3–7 days
- Europe / North America: 5–10 days
- Other regions: 7–14 days
3.3. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent via email within 24 hours after the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
3.4. Failed Delivery
- The carrier will attempt delivery up to 2 times within 5 business days.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned and we will contact you.
- Redelivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- If there is no response within 7 days, the order will be canceled without refund.
3.5. Free Shipping
Free international shipping is available for orders over $300 USD.
3.6. Taxes & Import Duties
In most cases, taxes and fees are included in the shipping cost. However, some countries may apply additional import duties upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for these charges.
3.7. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other uncontrollable external factors.
